About Torbeag Equestrian

We established Torbeag Equestrian in 2002 after purchasing the former Callander Riding Stables on The Trossachs’ edge. Pamela discovered her passion for horses here, spending weekends in lessons and dreaming of one day owning the yard.

Since then, Torbeag has grown steadily, with continuous investment in facilities and training environments. Today, the yard features nine loose boxes, a modern wash area, a floodlit 55m x 25m arena. In 2022, we added an undercover horse‑walker from RSS Yorkshire, further enhancing our professional training environment.

Originally run privately for a small team of showjumpers, Torbeag has evolved into a professional equestrian yard. We now welcome riders for training, schooling, arena hire, and clinics — all set against the stunning backdrop of the Trossachs.

Pamela is a qualified BHS Accredited Professional Coach and UKCC Level 2 Coach. She has regularly competed on the British Showjumping circuit and more recently in British Dressage, using this as an opportunity to give young horses a strong foundation in their education. One of Torbeag’s early home‑breds is already competing successfully at Novice level.

Supplier Journey

Our supplier journey began with Pro‑Equine, where we quickly established ourselves as their Premier Agent in the UK. Torbeag is the main Scottish distributor for ArenaMate, and also represents Combi‑Ride, Foleys Equestrian Surfaces, and Mirrors For Training. These partnerships deliver innovative arena solutions —surfaces, mirrors, levellers, and graders — ensuring quality, and reliability across Scotland.

We work closely with Construction Management Solutions Fife (CMS Fife) to deliver and install arena surfaces and related infrastructure. This collaboration ensures that our clients benefit not only from premium products but also from professional installation and long‑term support, combining innovation with practical expertise.
