Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be in their original, unopened condition.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will reimburse reasonable return costs (up to the value of Royal Mail’s standard service).

You may choose either a replacement (if the same or equivalent products are available) or a full refund including delivery charges.

Products must be complete and in “as delivered” condition, supplied in the original packaging.
