If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving them.
To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in their original, unused condition.
If the product(s) arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will reimburse your reasonable return costs (up to the value of Royal Mail’s standard service).
We will replace the product(s) where the same or equivalent items are available, or refund the price paid including the original delivery charge, provided the product(s) are complete and in “as delivered” condition with original packaging.
We recommend returning items via Royal Mail standard service, and you must obtain a certificate of posting as proof of return.
